I don't see how it's discriminatory. If the staff only speaks English and the customer doesn't; its not like they can be "enjoyably" served anyway.

What country do I live in??? Sigh... I guess this hits a sore point for me... when I lived in Germany, without knowing a word of German, I tried to speak German. I carried around a little book and pointed at words and tried to talk their language. I was in their country. eRGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHh. ok, feeling better now.
