Request

My wife goes in for surgery tomorrow, albeit of a relatively minor kind. Being the professional worrier that I am, I'm stressing out a bit over the hazards of general anesthesia. Internally, of course, since I remain upbeat for the missus. Any kind thoughts or prayers tomorrow would be greatly appreciated.

1 I will send off my positive vibes later. I had to go under a couple times last year and was a little freaked myself. Apparently the old issue was oxygen-deprivation since GA lowers body functions to the point where the Anesthelogist is breathing for you. If they weren't making sure you got enough 02, brain death could set in. Nowadays its much improved, they hook up 3 or 4 redundant blood oxygen sensors for constant O2 blood monitoring so GA has even less issues than before.

2 very little to wrry about. Just breathe deep and count backwards from 10..... Thoughts and prayers are on their way, too.
