The following is from an email to Neal Boortz:
AP and UPI reported today that the French government announced that it has raised its terror alert level from "Run" to "Hide." The only two higher levels in France are "Collaborate" and "Surrender". The raise was precipitated by a recent fire which destroyed France's white flag factory, thereby disabling its military.

The English general is preparing for the upcoming battle with the French. As he scans the enemy troops, He tells his aide, "Bring me my rad coat."
"But that will make you a target," says the aide.
"Yes, but if I am shot, the blood won't show and our troops will not be disheartened," says the general.
Meanwhile the French General is scanning the English troops. He tells his aide, "Bring me my brown trousers."
