The CSS to Table one is the kicker. Ain't that the truth?
My latest @!#%% is trying to use transparent PNGs that work in IE6. The problem with trying to use CSS is that you have to use that convoluted FILTER attribute and in the CSS file, instead of loading images relative to the document (like it's supposed to), it loads absolute. With my blot software, Subtext, it's unknown what directory you'll be in (since it can serve multiple blogs) so it simply doesn't work.

I got a good laugh, albeit a painful one, about the CSS to table section. I've spent the better part of 3 weeks trying to convert my blog to a 3-column format using CSS and I'm about ready to say F*ck it and go with tables.
And yes, IE blows amazingly huge chunks.

IE 7 isn't that bad. Had they the equiv. of adblock and noscript, I'd switch for good. It's actually a wee bit more responsive than FF.
